Is my credit/debit card charged as soon as I order a product?

Indeed, your payment is processed immediately. Initially, it may appear as an authorization on your account, and once accepted, it will reflect as a charge on your statement.

Do you design print-on-demand shirts, mugs, and more?

Certainly! We offer the option to request a brand new design from us or modify the available designs on our shop that you like. You can also ask to customize the font, quote, image, or anything else you desire. Alternatively, you may send us your existing design, and we will print and ship it as per your specifications.

What happens if I type in the wrong address?

In the event of providing an incorrect address and the shipment not yet dispatched, kindly email us, and we will update it to the correct address. However, if the shipment has already been sent out, it is not our responsibility to resend the item to your new address.
