My experience with Israel Diamonds was nothing short of a nightmare. The customer service was abysmal, with staff members who seemed more interested in their phones than in assisting customers. I had to wait for an extended period before anyone even acknowledged my presence.
The quality of the diamonds was also questionable. Despite their high prices, the diamonds I saw lacked the sparkle and brilliance one would expect. I even had doubts about the authenticity of some pieces.
Moreover, the store itself was in a state of disarray. The display cases were dusty, and the lighting was so poor that it was hard to properly see the jewelry.
To top it all off, when I finally decided on a piece, they messed up my order and gave me the wrong diamond. The return process was a hassle, with the staff showing little to no empathy for their mistake.
Overall, I would not recommend Israel Diamonds to anyone. Their lack of customer service, poor quality products, and disorganized store environment make for a very disappointing shopping experience.
